A native Floridian and Kensington Glen resident since November 2013, Adam was appointed to the Board in November 2018 and serves as Treasurer. Adam acquired extensive related experience by serving as Corporate Secretary for the better part of a decade to the homeowners’ association of the Coral Springs community where he lived before moving to our neighborhood.
Adam brings to the Board his objectivity and professional experience as a corporate & transactional attorney specializing in regulatory compliance, who has served as General Counsel to small and medium-sized companies for more than a decade. Adam has also helped draft and interpret various statutes and regulations across the country for stakeholders in the financial services and life insurance marketplaces.
When not enjoying time with family (namely his son) and friends or serving his clients, Adam operates a business specializing in the sale of certain rare aftermarket replacement parts and accessories for 1970s & 1980s GM vehicles and helps his semi-retired parents who now live in Arizona operate their own business that his stepfather began some 35 years ago.
Speaking of his son, ask his son about him, and the first thing you’ll likely see him do is smile and pantomime his father typing away.
